We understand that financial concerns can prevent individuals from seeking treatment, leading to prolonged struggles with anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health issues. Affordable therapy makes it possible for more people to take that crucial step toward better mental health and well-being.  Our low-cost therapy is provided by therapy interns who are experienced in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, while under the supervision of a senior therapist (minimum of 10+ years of experience) at Will Therapy Services.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Family Systems Therapy
Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy focuses on the stories individuals tell about themselves and their experiences. Therapists help individuals reframe and reconstruct narratives, empowering them to view challenges as separate from their identity and promoting a more constructive understanding of their history.

Narrative Therapy
Structural Family Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy

In this approach, therapists and clients examine unconscious processes and unresolved conflicts from past experiences, particularly those rooted in childhood, that influence current behaviour and emotions.  This therapy aims to help individuals gain insight into these underlying issues by examining patterns in relationships, thoughts and feelings, leading to greater self-awareness, emotional growth and healthier ways of relating to others.
